Living Venice by interacting with Italy and by learning Italian language

My profile is quite versatile. I have taught Italian in different countries, in different types of institutions, and to different types of students. I'm specialized in teaching Italian in Venice to foreigners.

I taught, in fact, at language schools in Italy, at the Italian Cultural Institute and some adult education institutions in Germany, at the Okinawa Prefectural University of Arts, at the Kanagawa University, Showa University of Music, the Italian Cultural Institute, and the Italian-Japanese Association in Japan. I also have a long experience of teaching Italian via Skype with students from around the world!

I have taught Italian to adults and to very young students. I therefore adapt the lessons I teach also to the age and the specific interests of the students.

I want students to feel comfortable in class and to have students learn how to live Italy through knowledge of language and culture.

With Italiano a Venezia, you will learn to experience Venice starting from daily activities such as shopping at the market (less than 2 minutes away from school), asking for information, analyzing and discussing a work of art, and much more.

Twice a month, when the weather permits, we have our Italian lesson on a boat, travelling around the northern part of the lagoon. Thereby, you learn about its geography, seeing it with your own eyes but also with Italian texts, which contain grammatical structures you can also use in other situations and contexts.

These lessons include soft drinks and a snack for lunch.

Gradually you will feel part of the city, interact with Venice and Italy, and learn Italian in a pleasant and stimulating environment.

Besides me, all other teachers at Italiano a Venezia have also experience and are specialized in teaching Italian in Venice to foreigners.
